Programmes

Six programmes covering the route from licensing examination to independent practice. Most doctors need two or three.

USMLE preparation

Preparation for Step 1, Step 2 CK and Step 3, taught by doctors who have sat the exams and worked in US hospitals.

Most international candidates do not fail the USMLE because they lack knowledge. They fail because nobody translated that knowledge into the reasoning style the exam actually tests, and because they studied to a plan that was never tied to a real date.

We start with a diagnostic, build a written plan backed to your test date, and then hold you to it in small-group sessions with a physician tutor. Your question performance is reviewed every week so that weak areas are found early rather than the week before the exam.

What is included

  • Diagnostic assessment and written study plan
  • Live small-group teaching with a physician tutor
  • Weekly performance review against your question bank
  • Direct access to your tutor between sessions
  • Adjusted plan if your exam date moves

Who this is for: Medical students and graduates preparing for any USMLE Step, from first-time candidates to those re-sitting.

The US Match

Everything between passing your Steps and ranking well: the application, the experience behind it, and the interview.

The Match rewards candidates who look like a safe hire to a programme director. For an international graduate that means recent, verifiable US clinical experience, letters from people the programme recognises, and an application that reads as though it was written for that specialty.

We review your ERAS application line by line, help you shortlist programmes with a realistic history of taking international graduates, arrange observerships and clinical rotations, and run mock interviews with structured feedback. We are candid about your chances — including when a specialty or a Match year is not realistic.

What is included

  • Line-by-line ERAS and CV review
  • Personal statement editing, specialty by specialty
  • Programme shortlisting based on IMG-friendly history
  • US clinical experience: observerships and rotations
  • Mock interviews with written feedback
  • SOAP and contingency planning

Who this is for: International graduates applying to US residency, and re-applicants who want a different result this cycle.

The UK route

Preparation and placement for doctors entering the NHS, from the licensing exam through to a first post.

The UK route is often faster than the US route, but it is misunderstood. Passing the licensing exam and gaining GMC registration gets you a licence, not a job — and specialty training is competitive enough that most international doctors build their portfolio in a non-training post first.

We prepare candidates for both parts of the licensing examination, guide the GMC registration and English-language evidence, and then help with applications to Trust Grade and Clinical Fellow roles that count towards a later specialty application.

What is included

  • UKMLA / PLAB Part 1 and Part 2 preparation
  • GMC registration guidance and document checks
  • English-language requirement planning
  • Trust Grade and Clinical Fellow applications
  • NHS interview preparation
  • Portfolio building for specialty application

Who this is for: Doctors qualified outside the UK who want to practise in the NHS.

Placement and locum

For clinicians who already hold a licence and want work — not more coursework.

Once you are licensed, the bottleneck moves from examinations to credentialing, contracts and introductions. We maintain relationships with hospital systems and private clinics, and we put forward candidates whose documents are already in order.

We prepare your credentialing pack before we introduce you, because an incomplete file is the most common reason a promising candidate goes quiet. Every offer is reviewed with you before you sign.

What is included

  • Introductions to hospital systems and private clinics
  • Credentialing pack preparation and document review
  • Locum and permanent placement support
  • Offer and contract review before signature
  • Relocation and onboarding guidance

Who this is for: Licensed physicians seeking locum, fixed-term or permanent posts.

Practice and business

For doctors who want to own the practice rather than work in someone else's.

Clinical excellence does not make a practice solvent. Most new practices struggle on the same things: the wrong entity structure, billing that leaks, software chosen badly, and marketing that either does not work or would not survive a regulator reading it.

We help with entity formation, site selection, practice management software, billing and revenue cycle, and compliant patient acquisition. We will also tell you when the numbers do not support opening.

What is included

  • Entity formation and practice structure
  • Site selection and lease review
  • Practice management and billing systems
  • Revenue cycle set-up and review
  • Compliant patient acquisition and website
  • Financial model before you commit

Who this is for: Licensed clinicians opening a first practice or scaling an existing one.

We do not guarantee a residency match, a training post, a job offer, medical licensure, registration or any immigration outcome. Those decisions rest entirely with programmes, regulators, employers and government authorities. Any figures we publish describe the wider market, not a promise of individual results.
